Step 2: design and trial
The smile designed digitally and placed in the mouth as a trial. Approved, adjusted or redesigned with the patient.
Step 3: build in order
Alignment first if needed, then whitening, then gum contouring, then bonding, veneers or crowns, then the bite balanced and protected. Each step sets up the next; doing them out of order means repeating work.
