How it works
Four implants, the back two angled to use available bone and often avoid grafting, support a full-arch bridge. A provisional bridge is fitted within hours of surgery so the patient leaves with fixed teeth.
What the day includes
Extraction of failing teeth if needed, implant placement, and the provisional bridge, all planned in advance from a 3D scan and a digital design of the final teeth.
What follows
A soft diet while the implants integrate, then the definitive bridge made to the proven design. The provisional is the trial; the final is the result. Hygiene and a night guard keep it for years.
