What stopped
International patients could not travel. Elective treatment was postponed. For a practice built partly on medical tourism, that was the whole model on hold.
What continued
Consultations moved online. Designs were reviewed remotely. Local patients who had deferred treatment returned when it was safe, because they knew who would treat them.
The lesson kept
A reputation is the only asset that works when everything else is closed. The clinic still invests in it the same way: one carefully treated patient at a time.
