What changed
The biggest shift of the year was in planning. Every makeover case moved to a fully digital workflow: scan, design, trial smile, then treatment made to the approved file. Fitting appointments got shorter and adjustments rarer, because the result had already been agreed in the mouth before the laboratory started.
Who came
Patients from Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and European residents of the region, made up a growing share of the clinic’s makeover and rehabilitation work. Most planned remotely and completed treatment in one or two short visits.
What stayed the same
Conservative preparation, natural shades, and honest advice, including telling patients when a treatment is not the right choice. Technology changed the tools; it did not change the standard.
