With custom-designed dental crowns, Dr. Ali Majki helps patients restore strength, function & flawless aesthetics, delivering long-lasting solutions that look as beautiful as they are durable.
“Crowns cover the entire tooth, restoring its shape, strength & appearance,” explains Dr. Ali Majki. “As a cosmetic dentistry consultant, my goal is to protect the tooth while making sure it blends so seamlessly, even my patient won’t remember which one was restored.”
What Are Dental Crowns?
Dental crowns are custom-fabricated caps placed over weakened or damaged teeth to:
** Reinforce structural integrity
** Restore natural shape and size
** Enhance aesthetic appeal
** Protect against further wear or decay
Dr. Ali Majki at his cosmetic dentistry clinic in Kuwait uses only premium materials such as:
** Zirconia for its unmatched strength & biocompatibility
** Porcelain & ceramic blends for their lifelike translucency and custom shading
“Each crown is digitally designed using 3D imaging & CAD/CAM technology, ensuring a precise, personalised fit that complements my patient’s bite & smile line,” adds Dr. Ali Majki.

When a crown is the right answer
A tooth with a large old filling, a crack, or a root canal treatment is at risk of breaking. A crown wraps the remaining tooth in a ceramic shell that spreads biting forces, which a filling cannot do. Used for beauty alone, a crown removes more tooth than a veneer would; it is chosen when strength is needed.
Strength: zirconia
Zirconia is the strongest dental ceramic and has no metal, so there is no dark line at the gum. It is the material of choice for molars and for patients who grind.
Beauty: lithium disilicate
For front teeth, e.max ceramic has a translucency close to enamel. In the clinic the two are chosen tooth by tooth, and sometimes combined in a layered crown.
Precision: CAD/CAM
The crown is designed on screen from a digital scan and milled to fit within fractions of a millimetre. A close margin is what keeps bacteria out and keeps the crown, and the tooth under it, healthy for years.
