The first review
Weeks after treatment, the bite is checked under real use, the gums are assessed and any small adjustment made. For a working actor this review was scheduled around filming.
The years after
Hygiene visits, a night guard, and periodic checks of the restorations. Continuity with the same consultant means small changes are noticed early.
Why it matters publicly
A public figure’s smile is seen constantly and over years. A result that still looks right long after the reveal is the only kind worth publishing.
