Some smiles cannot be fixed at the level of the teeth alone. When the jaws are out of proportion, when wisdom teeth or impacted teeth block a treatment plan, or when bone is missing where implants are needed, surgery becomes part of the plan.

Dr. Ali Majki co-ordinates oral and maxillofacial surgery with the cosmetic outcome in mind: the surgical stage is planned from the same 3D records as the smile design, so what happens in surgery serves the final smile rather than being an isolated event. Complex cases are handled together with specialist surgical colleagues where appropriate.

  3. The surgical procedure, with follow-up scheduled before you leave the clinic
  4. Restorative or cosmetic treatment once healing is confirmed

Recovery and care

Recovery depends on the procedure: a simple extraction settles in days, grafting or jaw procedures take weeks of healing before the next stage. International patients receive a written timeline so travel can be planned around the healing periods rather than the other way round.
